How do you ensure transport to AUSTRALIA and the USA? What is the price? How long does transport outside Europe take?
We usually transport to Australia or the USA by sea shipping. It is also possible to use transport by air. Sea transport is cheaper than air transport, but it takes longer.
The price of sea transport to the USA or Australia for the ordered quantity of approximately 120 - 250 pieces costs from 5000 to 10 000 € depending on the price situation on the market in sea transport. Sea transport takes 50-60 days from dispatch from the warehouse to the place of delivery (approximately 45-50 days to the destination port).
The price of air transport to the USA or Australia for an ordered quantity of approximately 120 - 250 pieces costs from 10,000 to 20,000 €, depending on the price situation on the air transport market. Air transport takes 10-20 days from dispatch from the warehouse to the place of delivery.
What is the price of transport to Germany, Italy, France and the United Kingdom?
Delivery cost:
- to Germany approx. 700 € to 1,000 €.
- to Italy from 900 to 1200 €
- to France from 1000 € to 1300 €.
- to the United Kingdom from 1500€ to 2000 € (including ferry).
- to Sweden from 1500€ to 2000 € (including ferry).
Prices are without VAT and for ordered quantities from 120 to 220 pieces.

DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Within the territory of the Slovak Republic, delivery generally takes 3 to 6 working days from the payment of the invoice by bank transfer. Delivery outside the Slovak Republic takes 5 to 9 working days from the payment of the invoice by bank transfer. The speed of transport depends on the current period of the event season and the size of the order.
How long does it take to deliver the purchased goods?
As standard, we deliver goods within Slovakia within 1 working day.
How long does it take to deliver purchased goods in the EU?
As standard, we deliver goods within the European Union within 3-5 working days.
PAYMENT
How can I pay for the goods?
It is possible to pay for the goods:
- by transfer to the account
- in cash upon personal collection
How is the payment made? Is it possible to pay cash on delivery? Or by bank transfer?
Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer - it is not possible to pay by cash on delivery. Goods located in the warehouse in Ružomberok can be ordered with the obligation to pay by bank transfer. The invoice is due within two working days of sending the order. We can then send the goods to the customer.

The basic difference is in the cross drawing of wood fibres.Oak wood is more expensive because it is less affordable and its value is greater than beech wood.Oak wood is heavier than beech wood.
How long does the production of church chairs/pews take?
The duration of production of church chairs/pews depends on the ordered quantity and currently available production capacities. For example, the production of 100 chairs/pews takes 8-10 weeks from the payment of the deposit.
Can we order other colours of Chiavari chairs than you have listed on the web?
Yes, you can order other colours than we currently offer on the site, but the minimum order value is 120 pieces. Delivery takes approximately 3 to 4 calendar months from the payment of the order.

No, seat cushion is not included in the price of the chair. Its price depends on whether you buy a seat cushion together with chairs or separately.
Is it possible to order a chair without a seat cushion?
Yes, you can order a chair separately.

Is it possible to rent chairs to countries other than Slovakia? For example, Germany, Austria?
Yes, the lease can be made to different countries if the customer accepts the price offer for the freight for such a lease.

Can I come in person to pick up the order?
Yes, it is possible to pick up the order in person at our main warehouse in Ružomberok at the address: Bystrická cesta 2159, Ružomberok.

Can we buy/see only one sample? What is the price for 1 piece within Slovakia and outside Slovakia?
Yes, you can only buy one piece if you are interested to order a larger quantity.

We are a manufacturer of church chairs and pews. We produce these products in Slovakia. As a seller, we also deal with wedding chairs and event furniture. This type of product is manufactured by our certified suppliers in Asia.
